The concept
The brief. A Fear-Free veterinary practice needed a website that felt less like a clinic intake form and more like a trusted friend. The goal was to lower anxiety before owners ever set foot inside, while making the appointment and the 24h emergency line impossible to miss.
The approach. We built around the Fear-Free idea itself, leading with a species selection so dogs, cats, small pets and exotics each get their own calm path. Warm cream, clay and a grounding sage band carry the philosophy section, Lora’s editorial serif lends the reassuring, almost human voice, and a Ratgeber guide answers the worries owners are too nervous to ask aloud.
Why it works. Every section earns trust before it asks for a booking: species-specific entry points, a clear care philosophy, and emergency access that is always one tap away. The result reads like a practice that genuinely understands the animal in the room, and the booking flow converts because the worry was handled first.
